I want all those services but I don’t want to pay for them. Is that not how it works?
Dear people who hate taxes, I get it. No one likes taxes. Taxes aren’t all bad though. Taxes that pay for roads, police/fire, parks are good. Tax breaks that cities, states, and the federal government give to corporations are bad because then the taxes they should be paying get shifted to those that can’t afford it. Pretty easy.
We accept all girls in kindergarten through 12th grade as members. If a child identifies as a girl and the child’s family presents her as a girl, Girl Scouts of Colorado welcomes her as a Girl Scout. If a child is living as a girl, that’s good enough for us. We don’t require any proof of gender.

Good to see this. As much as BSA has the capability of doing good things, they are going to destroy themselves with their super conservative values. Letting atheists, gays, and anyone else will only make it a better organization.
